He allowed me to
go back to school and become certified as a NC Substance Abuse Counselor. I have
studied His Word through Precept and Living Proof Ministries for many years as
well as worked in the secular field of addiction for eight years.
God has shown to
me that this is indeed His plan as He has provided many confirmations,
resources, and people along the way to help. I hope you will pray and ask the
Lord if He would have you become involved in this mission, so together we can
minister His love and mercy to His wounded daughters.

of Resident's Association in her neighborhood. She sings at her home church,
Odell Baptist. "I was dealing with some emotional hurts from my childhood
and realized that while my addictions were not substance related I had
addictions none the less. I realized that in spite of the type of addiction, we
all share the same hurts and our healing process is the same. The Lord burdened
my heart to help Sylvia with her vision. I am very thankful that the Lord
brought Sylvia and RRR to my life and is using me to help with RRR in order to
help the women who come through its doors.

"I know first-hand the need for Christian rehabilitation and I have a
desire to see women change their lives by the truth of God’s word. Many
substance abuse programs can help a person get clean but only Jesus can cleanse
the heart and transform the lives of those who believe in faith that He can set
them free. It is a God-given privilege to serve and be a part of this ministry."
